I had one primary mission going to Las Vegas. I believe many people go to the entertainment capital of the world for a primary reason, but the festivities in that city will leave you doing so much more. There is a reason why this is one of the most interesting places to be in the world. I’m not going to lie. I knew turning up at one of the major casinos wasn’t going to be all that I would do in Las Vegas. I foresaw myself having the time of my life in Las Vegas. And you bet I did. Very few instances in my life can compare to the time I had an incredible time like I did in Las Vegas. Like always, I’ll definitely share with you the events that happened in Las Vegas.
I would never plan to go to Las Vegas alone. Never! Not without my sidekick, the already famous Sharon! I mean, how was I going to turn up and get high and play bets at casinos without my buddy cheering me on with loud noises and motivations? I definitely needed her for this amazing trip. So when I called her up and asked if she would love to take a trip with me to Vegas, she hung up on me. That was unusual and scary. She called back, almost immediately screaming through the phone. I knew it was a sealed deal. Immediately, she drafted out our routine and how we would spend each passing hour in this amazing city. I made sure I made it clear to her that my primary objective was to go play at the largest casino in the world as I was being invited over. She said she had heard, and to go to the casino was the primary objective.
Before turning up at the casino, we decided to go for a foodie tour. See, in Vegas, there are so many amazing dining options. There are too many fantastic restaurants that it is quite difficult to settle for a particular one. As my friend isn’t just an alcoholic but also a foodie, we decided to take the tour, and we visited 5 amazing restaurants in 4 hours! We made sure we made a mess of our summer body by overeating! Needless to say, the food was heavenly. We took champagnes alongside, and it is definitely an experience I will never forget.
Before we lose sight of why we came to this city, we decided to honor our host’s invitation and check out the casino. Let me state this categorically. I have never seen this sort of space allocated for casino games! Taking it back a little, on siting the casino, the structure is mind-blowing. It is like a twin tower housing many hotel rooms.
The slot machines were too many to count! The next one that caught our eyes was the Pit games. I turned to our host, and he saw the look in our eyes. His only response was, “Welcome to Las Vegas.” The Poker room was where I had planned to dwell in and play games. On getting there, we settled at a table where there were few players. Our host introduced me to the people around, and their eyes lit up. I already had the intention of not staking so much. It was going to a moderate day for me. To cut a long story short, I left the Poker room with new fans. We were housed in one of the rooms. It was already a long day, and we had things planned for the next day.
Sleeping in the hotel was the definition of comfort overload. I woke up feeling like a baby. I turned to Sharon and asked what the plan was for today. She told me I was in for a surprise.
After breakfast, we took a stroll around the golf course. It was a fascinating sight to behold.
Later during that day, we went to a bay and watched sharks get fed by aquarists. I’m usually not a shark lover, but this was definitely an interesting sight to behold.
At night, we took a helicopter ride over Las Vegas. Watching the neon lights in Vegas was an incredible sighting. We had drinks and yelled over the places we knew. My best friend is the best. She sure knows how to have fun.
Without mincing words, Las Vegas is a place I definitely will come back. If you plan to visit, make sure you go with somebody, a best friend like mine.
