There are many folks that stumbled upon this website as a result of my incredible winning streaks on online casino games. It was the summer of my sophomore year in college. I was broke, worn out from working shifts to compliment my allowances and all. To make matters worse, I had made the terrible mistake of falling in love. I fell in love so deep. So deep that the crash was of epic proportion. My friend, Sharon, who is known as the self-imposed ambassador for Whiskey, became my partner in crime as we hopped from one bar to another to dance and get high. We kept living this life like we had no care for whatever happens to us or to put it in context, whatever happens to our liver as a result of our heavy drinking. Sadder than this was the fact that all our expenses were going into this life.
One crazy day, we went into this bar, and there was a huge frenzy going on. There was these set of guys that had taken up the VIP space and were with their laptops. People gathered and cheered them on as drinks passed from one person to another. We became curious and edged closer only to find out that they were playing a virtual casino game. They were making huge bets on Jackpots and coin flips. I automatically became fascinated as this was honestly my first time actually paying attention to a casino game.
Prior to this moment, I had stories on how my dad lost tons of his income on playing casino games. His recovery from the addiction happened way before I came into this world. Having this backstory in my mind, I guess it played a role in my reluctance to be interested in the game.
However, witnessing these guys put in huge stake and seeing them win… or lose, plus having noticed that the wins had a thing to do with the ability to predict chances created and probabilities and realizing how much you needed to stake to deliver a win, I knew if I got in, I would make a killing… or so I thought.
So I edged closer and asked to be giving a shot at playing too. I got out of my phone as I was not with my laptop like the others and signed up. Safe to say I lost so much that day.

Long story short, I left that place emasculating a few male egos. I destroyed their toxic masculinity and the eventual news of my big wins spread around campus. I went on to become an online gaming sensation from that moment. Asides my fortunes turning around, I found inner peace with myself too.
